The superior twin room was bright and equipped with a comfortable work desk, a multi-channel television, and ironing facilities. the hotel's location is excellent and strategic, right next to the riverside. It's also conveniently close to charming shops, a pasar malam, and various local attractions.

The rooms were neat, with separate bathroom. It was convenient having an iron/ironing board, an electronic key card, and a work desk. The staff were amazingly nice and outstandingly accommodating at all times.

The staff was unbelievably rude.

The door too close to the bed. Suppose to prepare a slipper in the room. Towel look too dirty,black colour.

This hotel had everything I needed for a great stay, featuring a room with a lovely view, delicious local food, and an ideal location that made me wish I could stay longer.

A bit noisy especiallly saturday midnight, due illegal racing at main road. Disturben your privacy.

The breakfast with d food and local options, for instance was complimentary, and the majority of the staff were incredibly nice and superbly friendly.

This place was really clean and the staff was both efficient and very helpful. the room was a good size and had a nice view, plus the location was great! 🌟.

The room was over the street, a window was a special one without possibility of fully closing. It was incredibly loud in the room, we could not sleep.

Central Location with Nearby Eateries 🍔

This place is situated right in the heart of everything, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and even a cool structure called tower 188. Plus, you can easily stroll over to Taman Esplanade from here.

The location in the town and easy to find. Breakfast also good and worth with the price. Toilet also big and clean. Wifi internet facility in the room was the best things. Recomended to who was looking for cheap and comfort stay.

Lift was too small.

Had a very good time. A nice size room on level 3, caring stuff - everything was very good. The location was ideal next to the riverside. And we where just off the infamous Kula Cakes cafe, and esplanade.

The food was appetising. I was offered a room with good views of the riverside. - Its location was simple, near to the infamous Kula Cakes cafe which serves the best mango cheesecake in town. Overall, the Classic Boutique Hotel Kuantan in Kuantan offers delicious food, rooms with great riverside views, and a convenient location near the popular Kula Cakes cafe known for its delicious mango cheesecake.

The staff here were amazing and super friendly 👍. I booked the same fancy room with a great view online and it was perfect.
